Taryn Ricker serves as Chief Operating Officer at Collabry, bringing more than 25 years of experience in financial services and business operations. Since beginning her career, she has built a reputation for thoughtful, steady leadership and a solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges. Taryn is known for bringing structure and clarity to organizations as they grow and evolve.

Her background spans investor relations, operations, and business management. Taryn has partnered with executive teams and founders to strengthen operational foundations, improve financial and reporting processes, and support organizations through periods of growth and transition. Her experience includes working with large financial institutions, growing organizations, and small businesses.

In her role as COO, Taryn focuses on aligning people, processes, and platforms to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively. She brings clarity, accountability, and follow-through to cross-functional initiatives, helping translate strategy into practical, sustainable execution.

Outside of her professional roles, Taryn is deeply engaged in her family and community. A dedicated mother of four, she is an active presence at her children’s academic and athletic events and serves as President of a JROTC parents organization, leading volunteer and fundraising initiatives in support of the unit her children have been part of. She brings the same sense of leadership, organization, and commitment to service to her community involvement as she does to her work at Collabry.
