In a follow-up meeting, we’ll walk you through a tailored engagement proposal and refine as needed to make sure it aligns with your goals and works for your internal approvals.

Once you give us the go-ahead, we’ll send over a Work Order for review. We’re happy to work directly with your vendor management team to finalize the details.

With the Work Order signed and the admin steps behind us, we’re all set to get started.

We’ll coordinate a kickoff meeting that works with your schedule—covering introductions, alignment, and immediate next steps.

Once the engagement is underway, a member of Collabry’s leadership team will check in regularly to make sure everything’s going smoothly and that you’re getting the support and results you expect.
