Product Manager: FIS Integration
Location: Candidates must be local to the Chicago or NYC metro areas. This is an on-site role in the client office.
Environment: Google/Mac (client-issued laptop provided).
Overview
We’re seeking experienced Technical Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Test Leads to support key broker-dealer platform initiatives spanning Security Master/Instrumentation, Cost Basis & Corporate Actions, and integration/testing. Prior experience working on conversions is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborative Design: Partner with Product, Business, Operations, Tech and QA teams to translate complex requirements into comprehensive Test Plans.
Strategic Oversight: Define the overarching Testing Strategy for Books & Records, ensuring it covers complex flows, regulatory requirements, and edge-case scenarios.
Gap Analysis & Review: Lead the review of existing test cases. You’ll be the "last line of defense" to identify logic gaps before execution begins.
Test Case Development: Oversee the creation of detailed test scripts that validate data integrity, sub-ledger to general-ledger reconciliation, and downstream reporting
Execution Management: Drive the Test Execution phase, coordinating between QA teams, Operations and Business users to ensure deadlines are met.
Metrics & Reporting: Establish a high-visibility tracking system. You will be responsible for reporting on defect density, execution velocity, and overall "Go/No-Go" readiness to senior stakeholders
