Vinesh Mehta is a leading strategy and operations consultant with more than 20 years of experience in directing large-scale projects and developing growth strategies that result in profound change.

Vinesh has spent the last several years on a variety of projects with Charles Schwab. Most recently, with Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), he evaluated third-party vendors and technologies to help SWA expand its scope of client services.

Vinesh also led SWA’s Project Management team in requirements discovery and business case development for a wide-ranging business and technology modernization. He then helped produce and implement the team’s long-term tech and data strategy.

With Schwab Asset Management, Vinesh helped design the team’s third-party mutual fund and ETF provider strategy. And, with Schwab International Governance, he helped establish procedures to monitor multijurisdictional regulatory changes.

Before joining Collabry, Vinesh held leadership roles in Business Strategy and Product Management. At Deloitte Consulting, Vinesh helped develop a global product line strategy to cut operating expenses up to $220 million for a global PC maker. While at Varentec, a smart-grid startup, Vinesh built the company’s professional services arm and rolled out a consultative selling strategy that won multimillion-dollar orders.

Vinesh holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with distinction from the University of Washington and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also holds a PMP certification.

In his spare time, Vinesh mentors students at the University of Washington and stays active through basketball and yoga. Always looking to learn new things, he once took a ballroom dance class on a dare and ended up becoming an instructor.
