Sean Giblin

Sean Giblin is a financial services leader with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic planning, execution and financial modeling, with proven expertise in integration, process optimization, incentive compensation design, change management and product management.

Passionate about finding solutions to tough situations that benefit the company and end client, Sean knows there is always a path forward through open dialogue, transparency, collaboration and alignment on execution. He’s a pro at leveraging data-driven analysis to lead decisions while balancing risk and outcomes.

As Director of Business Strategy at Charles Schwab, Sean developed a framework for TD Ameritrade integration transitions groups, balancing financial, operational and business objectives. He helped implement issue tracking systems and spearheaded a Retail Integration Reporting Framework, providing senior leadership with insight into key metrics.

A Chicago-area native, Sean earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting at St. Ambrose University and holds a FINRA Series 7 license. He lives in Lemont, Illinois, where his two teenage daughters keep him happily busy. He hopes to finish restoring a 1977 VW bus in time to take the family on an upcoming road trip. Sean loves all genres of music and is a diehard Chicago Bears fan.
