Robin DeGracia

Senior Consultant

Robin DeGracia has been developing, managing and marketing products for financial services companies for over 15 years. She has managed all portions of the product life cycle and excels at development and strategy. She employs her strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions in marketing and products such as managed accounts. Robin is passionate about creating effective go-to-market strategies.

Robin has most recently led several high-impact projects for Charles Schwab at Collabry. She helped create the MVP for a loyalty program for Schwab’s Ultra High Net Worth Clients. Prior to this, Robin developed a comprehensive framework for evaluating key marketing capabilities, interviewed over 50 stakeholders to assess marketing technology platforms and drafted recommendations to optimize the technology stack. Robin also played a pivotal role in the international integration efforts for Schwab and TDA, launching Managed Account Select for U.K. residents and achieving $4 million in net new assets in the first week. Her strategic approach and expertise in managed accounts have consistently delivered exceptional results. Before Collabry, she was at AssetMark helping to build their product management group, including launching several managed account offerings.

Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from University of California. Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys traveling near and far, reading historical fiction and spending time with her family. Originally from the East Coast, she now resides in the Bay Area.
