Michelle Caldwell is a highly sought-after consultant with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including more than 17 years at Charles Schwab. During her tenure at Schwab, Michelle has held a variety of impactful roles, including Program and Project Management, Chief of Staff, Strategic Planning, Operations Support, Customer Service, Service Design and Integration and Business Analyst. She has a proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale, complex initiatives, such as service model design, mergers and acquisitions, business process improvements, product launches and cross-enterprise integration.

In the past four years at Schwab, Michelle has worked on multiple strategic initiatives and delivered measurable results on key programs. She served as a Project Manager for the Schwab Personalized Indexing program and subsequently joined the Retail Alternative Investment team as Program Manager, driving consistent success in rolling out new initiatives. She spent the past year driving key initiatives on a critical regulatory project and is now working on a strategic offer for Schwab’s most affluent clients.

Prior to rejoining Schwab in 2021, Michelle served as IT Project Director for Carlisle Companies, acting as the key liaison between the corporate office and its divisions to deliver high-impact IT projects.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and business, and a Master of business administration (MBA). She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband and two puppies. They have two college-aged children.
