Jason McBride has a passion for building relationships and maximizing the talents of those around him. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership, client experience, active trading technology and analytics for the financial industry, he is highly skilled in execution and exceeding the expectations of his clients and coworkers.
Jason enjoyed a long career at Charles Schwab, leading teams in Customer Service, IT Escalation Support and Interaction Analytics. He led project teams that helped to improve the client experience for millions of retail investors and reduce the cost and ease of doing business with Schwab.
Throughout his career, Jason has worked closely with digital product owners, marketing, executive leaders and client-facing teams to help prioritize the needs of employees and customers. He has long been a proponent of focusing on the key performance indicators for a business and using actionable insights to drive business forward.
Jason has a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He has certifications from the Dept. of Computer Science and the McComb’s School of Business foundations program. He lives in Austin and enjoys travel, emerging technologies, college sports and being a bbq pitmaster.
