BA/Product Manager: Sec Master/Instrumentation
Location: Candidates must be local to the Chicago or NYC metro areas. This is an on-site role in the client office.
Environment: Google/Mac (client-issued laptop provided).
Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst to support the Security Master/Instrumentation workstream on a key broker-dealer platform initiative. Prior experience working on conversions is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Support of instrumentation (Security Master) & Operations Needs (Tax, etc.) books of work
Write requirements (in Jira)
Support the tech teams (squads) in prioritizing work and defining the work in further detail
Write test scripts
Facilitate testing (some mix of dev, product, QA)
Write up any required partner communications
Documentation of product, changes and impact
Required Methodology & Tools
Agile delivery
User story and requirements writing
Jira and Confluence
Required Technical Skills
Successful candidates will be familiar with broker-dealer APIs and data structures, including:
XML, JSON
SOAP, REST
SQL and data schemas
