Robin Henderson is a strategic business professional with over 20 years of experience in financial services, risk oversight, regulatory compliance and operational improvement. She is recognized for her ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, translate complex data into actionable insights and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen governance and support long-term growth.

Now entering the consulting field, Robin brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by her experience partnering with senior leadership to manage change, improve performance and align operations with enterprise objectives. Her background spans business process transformation, regulatory readiness and risk management in fast-paced corporate environments.

Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Arizona State University. Her professional development includes the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School, as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Leadership and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She also holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10 and 63 licenses, underscoring her deep expertise in financial services and regulatory frameworks.

Outside of work, Robin is passionate about travel and all things equestrian. She actively volunteers with the National Charity League, Scottsdale Chapter, where she serves on the Board of Directors, supporting philanthropic initiatives and leadership development for young women.
