Erik Radock
Consultant
Erik Radock has more than 30 years of experience leading the evolution of communication technology that integrates marketing, sales, service and operations. Erik has notably led the design and integration of Charles Schwab’s behavior-based marketing websites, print-on-demand systems for sales and service reps, and integration of CRM and automation into digital and print communications.
He is equally passionate about creating order from existing chaos - or starting from the ground up; helping companies make use of the newest technology to improve their marketing and communications through platform integration, business process re-engineering and creating testing and training documentation for these multifaceted systems.
Recently, Erik was the project manager for a significant digital transformation of a Fortune 500 financial services company’s forms, shifting from manually built PDFs to dynamically generated Adobe Experience Manager files. This platform and procedures significantly reduce development time and overhead. Erik also managed the development of a new form design system aimed at reducing customer data entry and processing errors. His role involved documenting input and feedback from more than 200 stakeholders across various departments and managing the deployment of the first forms to use the new design system.
Erik earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Advertising from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University. When Erik isn’t leading digital transformation and new system integration, he enjoys barbecuing and smoking food, building racing drones and bicycles and staying up to date on the newest communication technologies.
