With more than 20 years of experience building products in fintech, banking, real estate, and e-commerce, Ehab is an expert at reimagining product strategy, always rooting his work in deep user research with a human-first focus. For every project, he drives products from initial concept through completion with design and test-driven execution.
Accelerating Vision and Execution
Ehab brings cross-functional teams together not only to discover and clearly articulate a company’s product vision, but also to then execute on it. He started his career in urban planning and found that those skills translated well to experience design and entrepreneurship. “Urban planning is looking at projects completing 10 years out. User experience and tech results are often felt immediately,” Ehab says. “So being able to understand both the long-term picture and break down steps for immediate impact allows me to bring everyone along and ensure alignment.”

He led the product discovery and experience design for a client-servicing tool, successfully integrating multiple complex systems into one unified user journey.

As AI rapidly changes all industries, Ehab firmly believes that technology must enhance the user experience—never overshadow it. “The whole point is to create products that are both engaging and useful,” he says, “otherwise, it’s just technology for technology’s sake.”
His experience includes advising a global hospitality company on its AI development. There, he helped create key business value propositions and service design blueprints, integrating AI capabilities to provide a better experience for both customers and call center agents.
As a founding designer at an early-stage company, he consulted on the launch of an AI-powered personalization engine specifically for financial institutions.
Community Flourishing
“Community is important to me at work and outside of it,” says Ehab. “It is what drew me to Collabry in the first place—it was something I wanted to be a part of.” He volunteers as a SCORE mentor and coach, where he has guided more than 30 local small businesses to establish and expand their expertise. He also previously served on a neighborhood planning council. Leveraging his urban planning skills, he worked to balance the architectural style of the neighborhood with the critical need for more affordable housing and a thriving business community.
